This will be for a brand new casual games site. Will need complete site graphics (basically, one or two pages really, and then just one template pages for adds). I also have industry sources and sites to reference and to brainstorm for some of the following:
1. Design logo and color scheme specific to the site.
2. Menu layout for this site - essentially the main page, about 2 other specific pages for different categories, and about 6 other genre pages.
3. Template page for each individual game.
4. Flash is NOT preferred.
Payment methods are up to you. Will need someone that works relatively fast.
Would very much like to see your work and can work payments based on what you can do. Possibly more work in the future if satisfied with this.

Would very much like to see your budget for the project and your projected schedule for the project.
Payment is of course followiing a standard 33/66 contract (certainly would before I would consider).
Maybe it would be useful to post your exact offer here and a more detailed job spec. that would stop the need for you to repeat yourself to individuals.

33% of the budget upfront and the 66% on completion of the contract.
