|
|
I want to create a movie film strip effect in Photoshop 6 for the logo of my dating site at www.singlemovielovers.co.uk. I tried firstly creating a black rectangular bar of around 777 pixels in length and 70 pixels in height. However, my main problem is trying to insert small white-coloured squares across the top and bottom of the black bar, thereby giving it a movie celluloid effect.
I tried using the pen tool to draw the small squares, but cannot align them properly as I space them out. I tried using the paintbrush tool also, but again cannot make the small squares neat and exact in measurement.
Please help!
Thanks,

just use the sqaure tool or square marque tool. if you use suare tool you can select the pixels around the edge and make the sqaures kinda rounded. if using the marque tool you can select the size, fill with white then use arrows keys to move the selection filling as you go. verygood so you dont have to keep re measuring. hope you see my post before you do this |
