I have a picture an it has a banjo shaped light saber in it, I am able to give it a good color to it, but I need to make it glow. Can anyone tell me how to make a glowing effect of a light source? I tryed a few blur filters but I they dont work or I dont know how to use them. |

you could select the saber with the polygonal lasso and copy it to another layer, then you can apply a layers style to that other layer, like outer glow and or inner glow!

Layers Style? dont know if I know what those are. Unless your talking about filters. |
