see the rough edges ?
I know its probably with brushes but Im not sure exactly how they go about it.
Are they probably cutting those rough edges right out of the layer, or simply brushing it with a grunge brush to get that affect?
What are some ways I could achieve this affect? |

yes it is a white brush with part opacity, or with the opacity built in. dont know where you can find the set sry |
