I really need to make a template for my site and want to use Photoshop. I have Adobe Photoshop CS 8 and was hoping if someone could help me. |

check good-tutorials.com
go to top tutorials for the month and there be at least one design one on how to design a websites... you can search for website template or something and you should come up with some results to get you started
