When i use the polygonal lasso tool, the edges are all jaggy!
But it use to be smooth
how can i fix this?

Check your Polygonal Lasso Tool options bar. Anti-aliased should be checked to make edge look smoother.

after your done using the lasso, you can also go into select>>modify>>smooth

Smooth? That will just round any sharp edges of the marching ants.
I think the “jaggy” edges Mattysteven is talking about are pixels with a hard transition. If so, then Anti-alias selection (or a higher res file) will help.
