Hello all,
i'm new to the boards and I have come here seeking your wisdom on a problem one of the users here in the office is currrently facing. She is using PS 5.5 on a XP machine and whenever she tries to print out a file she gets this error message "could not complete the print command because of a disk error" I thought it might be something to edo with the scratch disks but it is set to her D drive that has plenty of space so don't believe the problem lies there. i have also tried to print another file I created and I also tried to print to another printer but still the same proble. Other programs print their documents fine from her machine so I have localised the issue to Photoshop. Is this a known problem, does anyone have a solution or any advice ?
