i have ps7 and i'm very new to so i have almost no clue as to what i'm doing. i need to bring a png into flash but i need the black portions to be transparent. how do i do this? thanks

Not sure about the flash part, but if you want to just choose the blacks, go to select menu and then "color range" that lets you choose just the blacks.

Like jj1987 said, color range the blacks, which will select them.. if you have curved lines and such it's best to use smooth and hit delete.

Save it as a ong and import it in Flash. Png keeps teh transparancy in Flash.
