i really need your help here please, i'm trying to finish course work, and i need a lens flare, but when i click filter >>> render lens flare and lighting effects are not avialble, they are light grey and i cant click them.
please help! |

Check your in 8 bit mode, a lot of the filters don't work in 16 bit. It's image>mode and look for a tick by 16. Wayne |

ah i got it, it was because i was in grayscale not rgb... thanks for the 8bit thing though, or i wouldnt have seen it |

A lot of filters like lens flare and lighting effects also don't appear to work in CMYK. That's cheesed me off a few times when I get something and I've done a bunch of work on it and notice I've forgotten to convert it to RGB first. |
