Hello,
Is green, blue, red, and dark brown (like cherry wood color for brown) a
good color mix for a website color theme?
If so what color number would you use for those color?

well it really depends on how you plan to use those colors. But I would suggest you look up 'color harmony' through google to get an understanding on how color can be used more effectively and correctly.
Once you get even a basic understanding on this you can go looking through the websafe color palette, again google will find this for you, and you can choose a good set of colors.

you can also click on your colour palette in PSD and click on the check box 'Only Web Colors' (bottom left corner) to give you the colors that are available. Other good book / color reference is 'Color Index' by Jim Krause i think you can get it on Amazon.
