Heyy, i need help figuring out how to get the cool photoshop texts you know like the ones in your signatures where do you get them or are they already in photoshop pre-set. please help

mosy of the fonts are already in photshop but to get the really cool ones you have to d/l them and them put them into your computers fonts folder |
