How can I group multiple layers together so I can add something, for example, a few belnding options to all layers at the same time?

click on the folder you put all the layers in and then you can change the overall blending mode for all in the folder.

I've tried and when I right click the folder I dont get that option. I only get the Duplicate, Delete, or Layer Set options.

I thought you meant the blending mode that in your pic above says 'normal'. This can be changed on a folder. I'm not sure what you want to do when you right click?

Nevermind, I got it fixed. I wanted all the layers that had Bar in them to use the same blending options but only have to choose those options once, instead of every layer. I just compressed all the Bar's into one layer and did the blending.

You can also link the layers together, copy the layer style, and "Paste to Linked". I use that all the time.
