photoshop installs wrong language

ok. major problem, ive recently got a new pc, and i tried to reinstall my photoshop CS, and it keeps installing the wrong language!. when its loaded, it looks to be in german.
ive tried many times to install, and i make sure to choose english, and still the program comes up in a language i can not understand.
can someone please help!!!

The only time I have seen anything like this is when its a warezed copy.
If so your outta luck and will have to aquire another copy.
If this is legit, then I'd head to adobe.com and get some tech support.

this is a burnt cd. but the strange thing is, ive installed it on my previous computer.. and it worked fine.
ive even tried another copy from a friend and its still the same.
im just thinking thats somewhere theres a file screwed up in my pc.
id love to go out and support adobe with an ACTUAL copy, but 700 dollars is a lot of money to spend for a recreational user.

Eh. maybe im forced to go back to version 7.0.
