I have a logo that I need to make a lot larger, its going to go on banners about the size of 3 feet by 8 feet and as small as putting it on a tshirt. I have no clue on how to make it bigger and keep it clear. The pixels are all distorted when I make it larger I know. But if someone can help me that would be great.

make it path and then you can scale the path (and make selection of) the size you wish

Why don't you ask the creator of the original to scale it up for you?
