Kind of rough on the eyes. It's a lot to take in. Maybe if the letters were solid white?

It's very hard to focus on the letters. When I first look at it I don't see the name, I see the background.
I like the background a lot though.

i like the background and i agree with every1 the text is really hard to read.

meh. I don't really understand what it's supposed to represent. It sort of just....is...... It doesn't tell me much (as far as the background goes) and I Can't really read the letters. It's really busy and distracting and has no one focal point. It looks like it took you 2 - 3 minutes to do it. Buncha boxes with a circle at one end is what it is to me. It seems like you were going for some sort of "comapany logo" but than got frustrated and started making squares and for the heck of it added a weird bevel in.
