eyo, I just reformatted, and reinstalled Photoshop... I dont know if that's a usefull information... 
my problem is, that whenever I choose a color, and want to use it, it just all turns grey... and then I look at the foreground color, and BOOM! instead of the color I chose, it's just grey...

when you make a new document look under the size and it will say sopmething l.ike grayscale, chancge that to rgb color |
