I am very new to image composing. I tried to put my face on a movie poster and problem was that I could not match the skin on my face with a skin of an actresses neck. I guess it requires a very good knowledge of color correction techniques?
who can give me a hint on an easiest technique? I would also appreciate a referral to a good tutorial. Many tutorials online however, just show what tools they use: either color balance, levels , curves. but I problem is how to achieve to match skin colors?
Thank you very much

You might try this thread Skin Blending

You could also try Photoshops Match Colour function Image>Adjustments>Match Colour.
