Here's one of the best examples of this technique.

I didn't use any tutorials or something, i just kinda figuered out how to do
by myself, ofcours the result isn't that clean and stylish as on the link above!
What i did was, with the rectangular marquee tool selected one side of the face, flipped it horizontally, pasted it over the other side of the face, and rotated the image so that the head is huge and the chin is very tiny
with a lot of adjusting, brushing and cloning, i got this result!
