how do u make those collages.. like .. i have one big picture in the background.. like if i look at it from far.. ill see one picture but as i get closer .. ill see many little pictures.. anyone know what that effect is called and how to do it? thanks a LOT!

Do a Google search for "Photo Mosaic Software". There are plenty to choose from. Some cheap, and even some free. |
