Whenever I click save or save as in Photoshop Elements 3, the program freezes without opening the save as dialog box or anything, and the only way to unfreeze it is to maximize another window and then minimize it. I can use save for web, but I am unable to save unfinished projects in this way, and it is a real annoyance. The open button works, and I have tried to install the update, but it won't install. I have used the repair option, uninstalled and re-installed, re-installed with my anti-spyware program off (I don't have an anti-virus program) and everything else imaginable, but nothing works. Please help me fix this problem! Confused
