Hi, Newbie here...We've created and saved a .psd file using a trial version of elements 12. However, when we have tried to reopen the files again - n.b. the files have been closed and reopened previously- we get an error message. "could not complete this request because this file is not compatible with this version of elements". On opening another .psd we created, the message is "could not complete your request because an unexpected end of file was encountered." The files have not been changed in anyway since created with elements 12 nor have the filenames/extensions. This is my daighter's course work and urgently required. Please advise. thanks.
It's the first install. No previous version. Running on Sony Vaio core i5 windows 8 64bit.
We can open the file properties and the preview icon is displayed. |
