Does anyone have optimal Photoshop file settings, dimensions, etc., for cropping and saving files to a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone gallery?

I know you can crop and size from within the Galaxy, but I would like to be able to set a default file template in Photoshop, drop pics in there, shape them to the template, and output them to my phone gallery.

Appreciate any advise and direction.
