guys thanks you for your previous comments however all the different ways i still cannot achieve adding content and not breaking the template.
here is the project i am working on at the moment please see help.jpg attached.
I can type within the border however if i want to add more content it simply breaks.

I have attached the layout with html code etc - could someone please edit or give me instructions on how i can achieve this in step by step instructions please
