Well, first off I think it's very good. I really liked how you smoothed her right shoulder, so the strap would no longer be digging in. However I also noticed that freckles and moles were removed. I don't consider these as imperfections, rather an identifying mark, and when retouching a photo I take measures to ensure these identifying marks are untouched. I do this for a living "retouching photos" among other things, so that bothers me a bit...I hope this is what the client wanted. I also noticed her face was much thinner...I too hope this is something she wanted done. It's perfectly wonderful to make someones picture more perfect, but to actually manipulate and change their appearance could end disasterously in offending the client.
When it comes down to it, it's all about the client and as long as she's happy that's all that counts!!!
