I know 3.0 is the newest version, but I've been seeing copies of Elements 2.0 for sale for REALLY cheap, like $15-20 some places online. I can't really gauge how old 2.0 is.

Basically, here's my thing, I really like Photoshop Elements 3.0 (had the trial), but I don't have the $90-100 I need to actually purchase that version. I don't need it for anything advanced. I'm just an amateur digital photographer. I just need something I can use to resize, touch up, fix redeye, and organize my photos with.

I just wanna see what some more "expert" people than myself have to say on it. Thanks a bunch.

Elements 2 is a vary usefull bit of kit! it will do most of what version 3 will do (there are some differences) but for someone looking for basic image editing software, it's a good buy (at that price it's a steal!) and will even do more advanced editing as you gain experience. Wayne
