In ImageReady, is it possible to have slice shapes other than rectangles? In other words, have a slice that is crooked and a circle...or an outline of a different shape. I know it's possible in Dreamweaver, I was just wondering if you can do it with ImageReady. Thanks.

If you want irregular slices, just use the Slice Tool (Press K on the keyboard) Drag out squares/rectangles as you would to make a normal shape.

You can create an Image Map. This is not a truce slice, but it can be used to define an irregular clickable area. Any selection can be made into an image map (Select>Create Image Map from Selection). You can also draw it with the Polygonal Image Map tool. Assign the link in the Image Map palette.
