Like this?
If so, cut out the image you want to glow.
The add a outer glow style to it.
(I have it on a black background)

The Neon glow filter i have only does INNER glow. How do i correct this please Lasa ??? Cheers.. Rod

I just stumbled on how to do thw outer glow... LOL... just goes to show you need to make errors to go forward... Cheers. Rod
