Hello
I need some one to make the following picture clearer so that I can read the text. (It doesnt need to be crystal clear, I just want to be able to figure out what is written)

There isn't much if anything that can be done. The blur looks like it was from camera shake. That's what was captured and currently there is no effective way to change it. |
