Hey I've got Photoshop CS2 and I have a problem.

Why can't I use the "Artistic" options in the filter menu? Confused Most of the other options appear as black, but Artistic is one of those faded out and they don't open up.

Please help me.

Is it ONLY artistic thats missing or is sketch and a few others?
If iit's artistic, brush strokes, sketch and texture your probably in LAB colour mode, if distort, render and video are also missing your probably in 16 bit mode.
The cure is image/mode rgb or 8bit in the same place depending on which it is.
If it's only artistic then you have a problem of some sort, then the question is did it just happen or was it allways like that from install?. Wayne

Ice freezers (forgot the "R") at 7/11 or camp grounds.
