Welcome to the forums brima.
It' not getting the colour that is the problem per se, it is maintaining the consistency of the results due to varying colour shifts, transitions and ISO grain etc in photos taken with worse lighting and the like. Making an action might be a little prescriptive for the situation.
It could be as easy or as complicated as you want it to be, you could try Image>Adjust>Variations, you could go the channel mixer route or perhaps a new layer with a brown fill and an adjustment layer, or you could take your reference photo and use Image>Adjustment>Match Colour (choose your reference photo as the source image).
I would go with the latter answer first and then try other things that suit you.
