Ned help with design resolution

Ok Im not new to PS, but I havent used it in like 4 years. Im starting a company that is going to mill designs into aluminum. The designs need to be 1.3inchs tall and anywhere from 4 to 6 inchs in length. The CNC machine can mill images at 300dpi. How can I achieve this resolution with this size? Thanks.
