I'm using Photoshop CS and I can't use any of the keyboard shortcuts that require me to press "Ctrl". I can tap "B" for brush, etc, but if I hit "Ctrl+N" no new layer opens, etc. What's happening??? I'm not sure if it is my computer or Photoshop with the problem. I upgraded to CS at the same time i switched computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

logitech keyboard? might need to download a new driver.

Or PS didn't install right. Reinstall program.

Some illegal versions of PSCS have this issue.
