Thanks for the reply, but, no, that's not true. Not by any measure of proof that I can see. I also don't think it's appropriate to make those sorts of assertions without proof or the benefit of first hand experience.
Mint.com especially has been well reviewed. If there had even been a hint of that sort of thing, it would have been a big deal. Rudder is newer, but so far, looks good.
Both services offer rich features beyond what a pen, calculator and paper could provide.
