Merge to HDR Pro preview looks nothing like the final image

Hello all,

As stated in the topic, I'm using Merge to HDR Pro, and obtaining a final HDR image that looks absolutely nothing like the preview in the Merge to HDR Pro tool.

I've attached a screenshot of the image I was processing from inside Merge to HDR Pro, and the final image, for comparison. If anyone has any ideas what's causing this, I'd love some help, because it's making some things really, really tough !
