Yeah to cbadland: That is some awesome work. Great addition of body parts and masking. Its a nice placement of the girl in relation to the background as well.
Obviously you use more than just the clone stamp tool... you dont have to go into detail, but what are some of ur techniques in, realistically "adding to the picture"

oh and to the people adding captions, I am pretty sure that it would be "my girlfriend and I" not me and my girlfriend

Most of the body “additions” were from selecting and copying other body parts. I would Layer via Copy, then use Transform, Levels, Masking and touch-up with Clone Stamp, etc, to help blend. For instance her reconstructed arm and wrist were taken from sections of her leg. Her bracelet was completed by taking a selection of the existing side, then Layer via Copy, then Transform>Flip Horizontal+Rotate.
