Does anyone know how I can photoshop my pictures to look like those from the opening of "How I Met Your Mother?" Is there an "action" out there that I can use?

Thank you!

Just do a greenish-yellow to a red gradient on a new layer, set the new layer to soft light over the image.

Welcome to the forums. I would say add a slight cross processing effect, by bumping the channels.
