Mac's Remove White for Photoshop CS

I have a question about the Mac's Remove White plugin. I've been using it with earlier Photoshop versions but I can't get it to work with Photoshop CS. I get an error message when I start the program saying it can't find a file called "MSVCRT10.dll". The program then starts, but the plugin is nowhere to be found.
So, does anybody know where I can get a CS-compatible version of Mac's Remove White? Or is there a way to get the old Mac's plugin to work with Photoshop CS?
