Anybody that draws Syd Barrett is OK in my book.
Interesting technique you used. It looks like the glass, or ocean ripple filter. In any event, they're both gorgeous. I like them. The Syd Barrett one, I had a bit of trouble reading the "Shine On" lyrics. Is the font Vladmir? If you do it again, or if it's on a layer, you might try a straight up non-script font. The background on it is hot. Great job.
All said and done, they're both great pieces!

Kinda hard to read with the small thin font.

nice one!  but, i'm kinda intimidated reading the text in the first image. maybe choosing better font would add a greater impact to it.

Some good stuff there the first is nice and grundgy but text just needs abit of a change due to bit hard to read. The Jimi is excellent, nice text and loving the style and colours
