Hey everyone,
Ive been working on a photo edit and i wanted to make the lights on the plane look as if they were flashing when the picture was taken.
Like in this photo shot:
Is there any way to make an effect like that in photoshop?

Have a look on the net for star brushes (they are around free) and use those, if you need more points just duplicate the layer and rotate it to suit. Wayne
