Does anyone know if it the language in photoshop 7 can be changed;Dutch to English! If so how please. I can't understand my copy of "7"

thanks for the wellcome .I can understand some dutch ,I lived there for a few years I got my laptop in holland thats why the dutch photoshop. Installed in my laptop when I got it |
