Hi folks !
I am trying to import a pdf into photoshop7 and have the text as 100% black. There doesn't seem to be an option, its always rich black.
Surely this is quite an important feature for managing pdf's for print ? Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible ? |

ok, typical, just after typing I found a way but its a bit out of my comfort zone and I dont want to end up with hundreds of badly printed items
I setup a custom CMYK working space so I could alter the 'black generation' to be maximum.
Is this the correct way to do it ? It means the blacks within images are now one colour black too, is that likely to cause a problem when it comes to printing ? |
