I want to create a navigation bar with a kind of flag around it.... I can create a simple banner/flag and i can create a navbar, but i want to create a flag like below:
Is this kind of flag possible with photoshop? |

Can you go shopping in a Ferrari? - sure but it wasn't the original idea and far too much of a motor for such a mundane activity.
Can you do this in PS? - sure but there are far better "vehicles" out there for this sort of thing, which would make it easier too.
