Someone did a really bad job of covering something up on the bottom of his right leg, so yes I think itīs been modified. I also notice that he wears a mask on his head so itīs probably a carnival outfit. |

I guess its photoshopped specially the upper portion I mean her head is looking like added from somewhere. |
