i think ur thinking of .jpg.. when u save it asks u file size from min to max

"Maximize Capibility" Turning off maximize compatibility may interfere with the use of the PSD files in other applications or with future version sof ph otoshop

i was thinkinga bout that... i figured maximize something but nm i asnwer my own question, i was just to lazy to look at it heh
