Hi
I run CS on an IMAC (Snow Leopard) and I've downloaded some ICC profiles from a photo printing shop (they have .icc file extensions). When I go to view/proof/custom and try to add them they show as unavailable (with the faded look). I think I'm doing everything right and I've checked with the shop and the files are good.
Any advice much appreciated.
