I tried all the normal stuff but can't seem to fix this.
When I try to open a new file or edit an existing file the program locks. Windows says its working properly and not "not responding". but I can't do anything with the program has anyone experienced this issue and if so what was the fix?
I have tried delete/reinstall, rollback drivers, uninstall scanner/printer reinstall etc. changing different scratchdisks, even color settings and resolution. I am stumped.

Problem is fixed... I run multiple monitors and the pop up confirmation screens were popping up off screen. I had to reconfigure my monitor setup and move where the popups appear at.
