There's an artist who paints onto thin layers of resin, which produces an amazing effect. Here are some samples. http://artistsinspireartists.com/cool-drawing/unique-drawings-by-brooks-salzwedel My question is, How could I digitally duplicate that effect in a photoshop layer? Any Ideas?
