If you have an image or text and the pixels look to defined, how do I make them look undefined, without using blur filters. (if you would like a picture, please say).
if anyone knows how to do this, could you please message me, thank you.

A picture will help beyond anything else or you will get random advice, like - try the Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic

I have attached a picture below to show you what I want to do, there is a picture with a text and one of the text's pixels are spread and the other one is not, how do i make the other text like the text with spread pixels?
