Can anyone help? I have photoshop elements 8 and I am trying to create this effect. I tried pinch and spherize but doesn't look right |

Maybe try distort > lens correction. |

A quick note that might explain the two previous posts. The image you attached is most probably not Photoshopped, it's a photo taken with a "fish eye lens"which is an "extreme" wide angle lens, for the lack of a better explanation. |
