I have the handwriting font's, but..how do i get it to look like it was written on paper or actual body part's etc  |

Using different opacity levels and experimenting with different blending modes.
Use skew, perspective as well as warping text to adjust according to what you are writing on.
Use your dodge and burn tool to age your paper, or use grunge brushes with a low opacity.
Example...
This is my dog who I tried to nerdify for a contest....Notice the paper..
